Chengji opened its business in Jinan, which is the earliest documented development history of Jinan Ward. In 1946, Litong Automobile Parts Manufacturing Plant was founded, and in the following years, it gradually established its position as a well-known valve factory in the country. |
| ☆1956 |
In 1956, the company was founded as 27 small enterprises located in Jinan combined together through a public-and-private joint, with a name JiNan Public-Private Joint Auto Part Works. The main business was car repairing and accessory manufacturing. The company production condition was tough with the total 210 staff and less than 40 thousands fixed assets. |

| In 1959, the company started to produce and deliver matching products to OEMs. As time goes on, the company auto accessory production proportion kept increasing. Since 1962, the company has gotten rid of car repairing business and focused on specialized valve production. |
| ☆1965 |
| The company successfully developed a single-station horizontal valve blank electric upsetting machine, which was quickly applied to production. |
| ☆1968 |
On this basis, the company successfully developed a semi-automatic six-position valve blank electric upsetting machine. The adoption of electric upsetting technology greatly improves the labor environment, reduces labor intensity, and improves the material utilization rate and the output quality of forging blanks. |
| ☆1969 |
Company renamed to Jinan Auto Part Works. In the following 30 years, this name was unchanged. |
| ☆1970 |
| Company was received a mission to support Romania, and sent technicians to Romania for equipment adjusting, repairing. The mission was successfully completed. |
| ☆1980 |
Company had conducted lot of technical exchange activities with international advanced enterprise. Especially, in 1984, the company introduced advanced valve manufacturing technology and key equipments from American TRW. It extends the company’s technical strength. |
| ☆1991 |
The company is placed under China National Automobile Industry Corporation and is a centrally-owned enterprise. Since then, the company has achieved greater development on the basis of the 1980s. Its products have been supplied to all major automakers and OEMs in China, and have been exported to more than a dozen countries and regions including the United States. Shanhe valve became the first national customer satisfaction product assessed by China Quality Association. |
| ☆2005 |
| Company conducted strategic reconstructing, and become a wholly foreign-owned enterprise. The company name changes to 'Jinan Worldwide Auto Accessory Ltd'. |
| ☆2006 |
Company relocated and moved into new plant. |
| ☆2008 |
| Company was reshuffled with Jin Zhou Wonder Group, and becomes Sino-Foreign joint venture. |
| ☆2009 to Present |
Jinan Worldwide has achieved rapid development and entered the international market, becoming a world-renowned auto parts manufacturer. |
