There is an After-sale Service department, which is responsible for product three guarantees and after-sale service in Jinan Worldwide Auto Accessory Co., Ltd.
Purchased products could be returned within one week if the product is unused and customer doubts about product quality and price.
Purchased products could be replaced within one year if knock damage occurs during transportation. (Rust that resulted by storing environment is not included).
The customer will be compensated if our products causes a customer direct financial loss.
Please carefully read and follow installation note and instruction before use. If engine failure occurs, please follow the procedures below:
Explaining failure in written format, including car owner, car number, product type (valve or tappet; which cylinder has failed valve, tappet), service time, travel miles, failure mode, cost, etc
Informing dealer, and dealer reports to our company; Then, our After-sale Service department make record.
User should keep failed products and related documents and repair first and reduce the economic loss before our staff arrive.
Once our company receives notice, we will contact user by telephone, or send staff on site.
If questioning about our survey report, user should present within 15 days.
We keep the sample for three months. User could take it back after written notice is sent. three month, our company has the right to dispose.
Our company doesn’t undertake any liability if our products are qualified and not the reason of the failures and economic loss.
