Jinan Worldwide is a high and new tech enterprise in Shan Dong province. Research and development center is a Provincial Technical Center in Shan Dong province.
Jinan Worldwide has its own core and mature technology on product development, process development and special machine development with 110 engineers. The company is Chinese valve and tappet industry standard constitutor, and leads industry development direction. All of Chinese main OEMs have listed Jinan Worldwide Auto Accessory Co., Ltd as strategic partner for new product development.
Jinan Worldwide has co-operated with Wuhan University of Technology, Shandong University, Beijing Aerospace Material Research Institution on many projects.
Jinan Worldwide is able to conduct valve seating force dynamic simulation analysis, valve stress strain analysis, valve-valve guide assembly clearance stress analysis, valve dimension optimizing, valve parameterization design, valve fatigue life (estimated) analysis and valve working temperature analysis, etc by using computer simulation analysis system (CAE).
Jinan Worldwide has valve train test stand which could enable the company to conduct dynamic Measure of valve displacement, seating velocity, valve acceleration, measure of local contact stress between valve tip and rocker arm .tappet and camshaft lobe, calculation of valve seating force and determination of valve bounce time and bounce distance.
Jinan Worldwide has independently and successfully developed valves for all introduced engine. The product range covers all types, such as for saloon car, heavy-duty, medium duty and light duty truck, mini car, etc. Also, the company has independently developed sodium-filled valve and electric accelerating pedal.
Since 2007, Jinan Worldwide has applied for 26 patents, including 7 patents of invention, 6 Practical new patents and 13 patents of design.
There are 20 issued patents, including 3 patents of invention, 6 Practical new patents and 11 patent of design.
